My husband and I were beyond impressed with Nekti when selling our property. He tailored the experience to find the right buyer and the results were an absolute win win for both parties. The process was unbelievably quick and easy. Thank you so much Nekti & Chloe.

We planned to put the house on the market, and invited Nekti to do an appraisal and locked it in to put the house on the market. We booked the photographer and video guy in to do there thing before the video guy was there we got a call saying a young couple wanted to have a look. They loved it and put an offer in and we accepted later that afternoon and the rest is history .... oh and the sign went up with under offer.... couldn’t of asked for any better outcome we are not ver happy.

I chose Kaye as my agent for a number of reasons including: other reviews she had received and that she works for an independent agency (not one of the big players). My selection could not have been better. Kaye communicates at *every* stage of the marketing program. There are no hidden agendas, just total trust and transparency in all aspects. You would be hard pressed to find someone who works as hard as Kaye and who is delighful to communicate with. She has a very positive and realistic approach to the marketing campaign.

Matt Gretgrix is a fantastic agent. He listened carefully to all my criteria and found me exactly what I was looking for. Matt offered his feedback, which was insightful and important as a first time home buyer. He was extremely patient with me and showed me a variety of options. He also provided me with a tour of the different areas in Bendigo. I am extremely grateful to be introduced to him and I highly recommend Matt as the #1 agent to go to in Bendigo. Matt took the stress out of the experience too and I am very grateful for this. Thank you

Justin was very approachable and supportive during the whole process. Purchasing a property can often be a fraught experience, but Justin's calm and friendly manner made it stress-free and enjoyable.

We have had several properties in our portfolio over the past few years. Matt has been the best agent I have had dealings with. He knows the market, and was very honest with what we could achieve on the selling of our property. He didn’t give “false” expectations like I have previously experienced with other agents, just to get a listing. He kept us informed at all times during the selling process. All staff at Bendigo Real Estate are very professional friendly team. From the rental department to sales team. Do yourself a favour if you are looking at buying or selling a property, you need to contact Matt Gretgrix.

We highly recommend Matt. He has been professional and kept the communication lines open throughout the process. He knows the market well and knew the right way to sell our property that would result in both happy buyer and sellers. Matt made the entire process simple! We couldn't be happier.

I dealt only with Justin Pell in respect of the sale of a unit situated in Marong Road, West Bendigo. The property had been on the market for several months without success prior to me engaging Justin Pell who always provided me with constant updates and appraisals of the property. Justin was expert in his knowledge in the local market of Bendigo and was able to achieve a sale quickly and efficiently. Justin was always most professional in his dealings with me and was always most sagacious in his professional behaviour in respect of the sale of the property. I highly recommend DCK Real Estate and Justin Pell in respect of the sale of any residential property in the Bendigo region.

We interviewed several agents in the lead up to listing our home with Justin & Marc from DCK. We decided on listing with Justin & Marc as we felt their approach and marketing was better suited to our home. Having a set price rather than a range removed the guess work as we knew in advance what price we were selling our home for. The other aspect which really impressed us was having two agents managing our sale of our home rather than just have one agent who may or may not be available to a prospective purchaser. They were able to call on their network resources to create an impressive professional listing which attracted significant interest. Overall it was an impressive performance by two passionate property agents.
