Lily took on the challenge of selling my deceased father's house in Vermont South that had not been renovated since it was built. Since I was based in Queensland, she took over the heavy lifting and advised on an appropriate marketing strategy, arranged for some great photos that accentuated the house's features, and ran an energetic campaign - with good regular attendance at open inspections.
