Approaching a difficult market, we expected a tough time finding the price we needed for our house. 2 weeks into the 4 week campaign, we had a very high amount of inspections, and a number of offers, one that we accepted. Having attended many auctions in early 2018 when the market was relatively buoyant it seemed easy for agents to secure a great outcome for vendors. We chose to sell at a point in time where market conditions were significantly challenged. Thankfully, Lily was persistent and prepared to work a number of different strategies to obtain the best possible outcome for the market conditions. Lily is personable, explains options clearly with plenty of historic illustrations, and her multilingual skills had benefits with potential buyers. Lily was helpful with advice around styling, photography direction and marketing. She was prepared to put in the hard yards with many additional hours of effort required in a depressed market.
