Ming and his team are extremely professional and friendly and helpful during the entire selling process. It’s not often you can say you can trust a real estate agent, but Ming and his team are definitely on the ball and out to help and guide you at ever turn to get the best deal possible.

I found Jenny to be a very good agent for me when i sold my house recently. She helped me with all the organizing, going the extra mile. I found her to be very caring and involved in all aspects making sure i was supported through the whole process. She was very professional and trusting and maintained contact with me even after the house was sold. Exceeded expectations!
We met with many agents in the Glen Waverley area, and we found Ming to be the one that stood out most. We were looking for an experienced, and honest agent that we could connect with. If we can connect with him, then we felt buyers would feel more comfortable too. Through the four week campaign, we communicated regularly, and he kept me up to date. Even though the market was looking tougher than expected, we continuously changed our strategy and approach until we got the desired result. All this was discussed upfront, and at all milestones through the process, we held meetings about what to expect, strategies to handle it all. On the big day, he was impressive - in the zone and we blew away our reserve price, which is the goal. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Friendly & Professional Agent
We could not fault Grace in her dealings with us during the month our house was on the market. She has a very welcoming smile and friendly disposition which puts you at ease straight away. We were assisted to present our home to the best advantage.Grace arrived promptly and turned off lights etc before leaving for every open house. We had very thorough phone feed back from Grace about every prospective buyer that came through, and this was reiterated at our weekly meetings at the office . It was a pleasure to work with both Fred and Grace and they make a great team. Grace also makes a great coffee!! :-) Your property is in great hands if you have these two as your agents.
