I went to the first inspection of the property me and my partner just purchased. Steve was very warm and welcoming answered all my questions with the knowledge he knew about the house. The next day he called to ask if we were interested in the house. We then made an offer then section 32 got released. Steve was very fast and efficient kept us up to date within a week he told us the exciting news that we got the offer. I first heard of Boutique via their pamphlets with recent results on properties in our area. Suraj spoke to my husband one day about selling which is something we had only recently decided to do. He phoned one day to catch up and I asked him to call back at the end of September when we would be ready to go on the market. He was one of the few agents that actually listened and did not hassle us on a daily/weekly basis. We were only going to see two agents, one we already knew and Boutique. Suraj rang back at the beginning of October and agreed to see us that day as we intended to make our decision by the next day. Suraj came to our door on time along with Daphne who is a breath of fresh air. They talked and listened as well as suffering our two little dogs especially Daphne to whom Jasper had immediately fallen in love with. We were immediately impressed with their positive attitude, their professional presentation and the ability of their agency to meet the obvious requirements of a very diverse and dynamic suburb. We were not disappointed with the preparations for the advertising brochure and could positively recommend their photographer Nick for his time and eye for detail in presenting our property. The open days were very successful with approximately 75 groups taken through over a 3 week period. It was a very difficult experience as we had a few offers which took us by surprise as we only wanted to go to auction. With Suraj and Senior Consultant Steve Marolda steering us through the very unnerving process and finally on the day of the auction we were absolutely floored by the presentation of all the Boutique staff and officers who managed the very large turnout on the day.
