Suraj was the perfect agent to sell our property. He knows the market very well, is well connected to potential buyers and sets up the sale perfectly with inspections and advertising a strong point. We sold via Auction and got very close to what we were after. We sold in a traditionally slow market time as well. So to sell for the price we got we feel it was all to do with our agent choice and their professional sales package.
