Bradys Real Estate managed this investment property for us for over a decade and were very responsive and our Property Manager Allara Brady was excellent. Our real estate salesperson Nicola Brady was fantastic and was refreshingly honest and knew the market very well in a declining market. Nicola listened to our requirements and also to feedback from potential buyers and recommended some minor low cost improvements that we did and the property sold very soon after for a price that we were happy with. Next time we need a property manager or real estate salesperson we will go back to Brady’s as I couldn’t fault them.

Nicola always had time to listen and advise us during the process. She is very knowledgeable about the type of property we were selling and the area. She even called us on Mothers Day on her way to her own family get together to discuss something that needed addressing. We had a relatively quick sale and everything went smoothly without too much stress. Brady's have been in business for a long time and we also initially bought the property from them and also leased the property through them too. It was always an investment property for us and that side of things was also really well managed.
