Nicola and Ebony sold my apartment in Canberra in August 2023. I can't recommend them highly enough. For a very competitive commission they achieved results way above what I hoped for, especially with particular market conditions in that area. They were very responsive, got the listing up almost immediately, were always available to talk through my concerns and made everything very easy for me. It was lovely dealing with a small family business and not being sold all the bells and whistles of marketing (drone photos etc) that were simply not necessary. Well my wife and I put our house/unit up for sale through Brady’s real estate.Ebony was our sales rep she informed us that the place would sell very quickly. She fulfilled our every request for selling our apartment and went above and beyond our expectations. Our first open was so successful that we got an offer which was above our asking price the day after the open! We bought our property in 2003 and John was the vendors agent. That experience was so easy and comfortable for us we decided then that we would use John if we ever wanted to sell The Mountain Road. Just over 17 years later and John’s knowledge and experience proved our original decision to be the right one. John and Ebony provided excellent advice and their preparation and experience with the selling of Our property was invaluable.
