John managed to find a buyer that was interested in our olive orchard and obtained a good price for our subdivided olive plantation at 1/569 Marked Tree Road.

Quick and easy sale
Nicola gave us good advice on the work needed to get the house sale ready. She monitored the Bungendore sale prices weekly and adjusted our sale price accordingly. The house was sold in a matter of weeks and exchanged quickly. Delighted with the level of efficient service provided.

Genuine care and great local knowledge

Helpful and professional
Nicola and Ebony sold my apartment in Canberra in August 2023. I can't recommend them highly enough. For a very competitive commission they achieved results way above what I hoped for, especially with particular market conditions in that area. They were very responsive, got the listing up almost immediately, were always available to talk through my concerns and made everything very easy for me. It was lovely dealing with a small family business and not being sold all the bells and whistles of marketing (drone photos etc) that were simply not necessary. Very efficient operator is Ebony
Well my wife and I put our house/unit up for sale through Brady’s real estate.Ebony was our sales rep she informed us that the place would sell very quickly.
