Recognition of Jessica's Professionalism and Support

Following our inspection and meeting yesterday, I would like to take the opportunity to acknowledge Jessica's professionalism and dedication in managing our property. Throughout our interactions, Jessica has been thorough, responsive, and proactive in following up on the various matters we have raised. She was well prepared for the inspection, demonstrated a good understanding of the tenancy situation, and took the time to answer our questions in a professional and constructive manner. More importantly, she took the initiative to drive past our property to monitor the situation while awaiting the return of the keys, which we greatly appreciated. Given the challenges associated with this tenancy, it was particularly reassuring to see Jessica taking ownership of the situation and actively progressing the agreed actions. Her communication has been clear and timely, and her efforts have helped restore our confidence that the property is being managed with the attention it deserves. From the very first phone call from the exceptance call to the final meeting has been wonderful craig and Hailey were very professional and such a joy to speak to,everything explained with ease. Friendly approachable, professional and very prompt with calls back and very quick to organise repair to first property issue.
