We met Andrew when he was in the process of selling a property in the neighbourhood. Without knowing him we asked him if he would be open to visiting and appraising our home although it would be on the basis that we weren't seriously looking to sell. He had no problem taking the time out to come and visit where we discussed our thoughts and strategy. He always kept in touch and kept us up to date on what was happening in the market. A couple of months later Andrew came across what would be an off-market offer smashing the previous suburb record. We could not have asked for more in regards to what he had achieved for us in regards to the sale. MOST importantly through the sales process of our home we had to deal with an unexpected-extremely-stressful situation (independent to the sale our home) and not only did Andrew never make us feel under pressure to make a decision, he was supportive and genuinely concerned with what our family was going through. We met several agencies in the Rozelle/Balmain area before cutting it down to our top two agents. Both were recommended by friends but we thought Adrian was genuine and we felt comfortable having him represent our property. We also loved Bresic as a brand. We view it as being more our style and a lot more interesting in terms of the way properties are presented to clients. Bresic was also a cut above the rest regarding the cross selling incentives for staff, and provision of building and pest reports. Right from the start Adrian remained calm and confident on what was a difficult sale (ie Westconnex protests outside our house!). He handled all client queries confidently and honestly, while also doing the best to meet our expectations. Adrian kept us regularly updated during the campaign and provided advice along the way. Adrian has excellent negotiation skills and these really came through on auction day. Again his calm, confident persona was certainly an asset at a time of extreme stress for us! We recently purchased a property where Adrienne was the selling agent. We were overseas when the property came on the market.
