My husband and I hired Adrian to sell our renovated house in Leichhardt. We had already dealt with him as buyers (same house years before) and remembered a very positive experience. We interviewed other agents, those who would be more obvious choices in the area, but we couldn't stand dealing with any of them. Adrian had a very professional approach, always keeping the focus on the client rather than on himself. His knowledge and guidance were very helpful in the process. Unpredictably, we started our campaign just when the market was slowing down, and things went a bit off plan. Nevertheless, Adrian led us through it with patiance and fairness, without being pushy or dishonest - unlike the agent used by friends of ours, who sold at the same time as us. Andrew has managed the sale of two of our houses: three years ago a house in Birchgrove, and this month, a terrace in Balmain. The most recent sale of our Balmain terrace was quite challenging as the property was tenanted throughout the period of sale and we wanted to conduct an "off-market" campaign. This involved considerable pro-active work by Andrew to introduce the ultimate buyer from his network of contacts as well as to work flexibly with our tenants for the house inspections.
