Even though I was the buyer rather than the vendor I found Adrian to be fair and trustworthy, 2 qualities not normally associated with Real Estate Agents. Adrian had a thorough knowledge of the inner west property market and was able to provide me with insight into the state of a volatile market that was helpful but did not infringe on the responsibilities he held to the vendor. I look forward to working with Adrian in the future, his enthusiasm, professionalism and can do attitude are what I look for in an agent.

When compared to other agents we were meeting with, Adrian's approach was honest, open, transparent and highly professional and sleek. Our apartment had some strata issues that would need to be communicated to the prospective buyers and which could have potentially been quite complicated and hindered our campaign. We chose Adrian because I needed someone who was able to engage in robust discussions from the onset. I wanted to know that during those selling stages, where as the seller I feel confused, frustrated, annoyed and anxious, I could ask the hard questions without having to take care of someone else's emotions and Adrian (A) did this really well. I tested a few other agents when interviewing people to sell my in-laws family home of 58 years. By test I mean I asked some questions in a blunt and very direct manner that some may receive as being rude or arrogant and sadly not a single other was able to hold the safe space needed when selling one's home to proceed with them or at least not in the same way Adrian did, his emotional intelligence shines through. During the process Adrian and his team were there for my elderly in-laws in a truly compassionate way and always clearly communicating to the 4 of us the stages, process and hiccups. I note they did each personality well. Was there room for improvement, yes there was, and Adrian in his usual charming manner was able to actively-listen to the sensory based feedback I offered and respond or rectify the issue promptly. I believe that the most important thing in such a high cost transaction is having a robust relationship, one where you can say what you want, how you want and know that even at your worst the other person still has the capacity to remain calm and compassionate, yet is robust enough to give you space to vent, hold no grudge and still engage in the discussion in a useful way that brings clarity and coherence to both parties. A unique skill in such an intense industry. I would highly recommend Adrian and his team, especially if like me you have high expectations and want to see favourable results, whilst experiencing genuine relationships with those people selling your family home.

From our very first meeting, Adrian impressed us with his thoroughness, attention to detail, clarity of thought and excellent communication skills. The entire marketing campaign was most efficient, Adrien could not have been more helpful; the house needed a great deal of TLC before it was ready for viewing. The styling and photographs were of the highest quality. When the house was openness for inspection, we were given detailed analysis of the outcome each time. At the auction itself, the auctioneer was excellent but full credit goes to Adrian and his colleague for working the prospective buyers so effectively. The result was outstanding, a record for the suburb, which is yet to be broken. i would definitely recommend that Adrian be awarded Real Estate Agent of the Year!
