I was treated like I was his only client, yet I know he is a very busy man. Andrew has taken care of my tenants better than I could ever have done. He has answered all my questions openly and honestly. As a background, Andrew has kept in contact with me every 6 months, over the last 5 years, with a polite call, keeping me informed of similar properties sales results, but with no pressure to sell. I feel Andrew has behaved more as a son than an agent, and I have no qualms about recommending him. My grown children, who have both rented and purchased property expressed a similar opinion after meeting Andrew prior to my auction on Saturday. I engaged Adrienne Williams after seeing a couple of properties she had listed in the Drummoyne area. Adrienne called me a couple of times knowing that I was interested in buying a home. One weekend she called me about an upcoming property and I told her that I had purchased something the previous weekend but would she like to sell my apartment. We organised an all girl line up with Nicole Robertson from the Hunters Hill office and there you have it!
