Apartment sale
In December 2016 I decided to sell my apartment in Alexandria. I chose Catherine Dixon and Eliza McGrath. Both agents were exceptional. Catherine was consistently calm and clear with her communication which helped alleviate any anxiety during the process. Christopher Breedon (Bresic Whitney) provided exceptional service to me during the sale of my property. I was ambivalent about the sale and had a number of ongoing concerns in relation to it. He responded to these with positivity and knowledge and his professionalism at all times was very encouraging. He alerted me to issues as needed, keeping me fully informed, and managed all necessary contractors efficiently and with as little fuss to me as possible. I always thought that during the sale period he 'had my back' and I appreciate this. I would absolutely recommend him (and Bresic Whitney). I understand the seriousness of this review process and have no hesitation at all in rating Chistopher Breedon as I have done.

Off market sale success
I have sold two houses and bought one house with Catherine. The most recent sale was an off-market sale ... and Catherine was fantastic. She had a large network of potential buyers to bring through our property and also was very adept at matching the right type of buyer to our house and secured an excellent price and settlement term for us. I would not hesitate to use Catherine again.

We sold our house off market with Catherine and the team. We chose her because of her knowledge of the Paddington market, but more importantly her not too pushy approach (we have bought and sold a few times in Sydney). Our house sold within a week through access to Catherine's database. She was able to guide us through the process step-by-step providing us with reassurance, suggestions on approach for the sale and calmness. This removed a lot of the stress of the sale. Catherine's background as an architect and degree in law were also beneficial - particularly her knowledge of local planning regulations as it has helped us decide where we should be moving to. We also felt supported by her team, Angie and Eliza. Their efficiency and level of communication throughout the process cannot be faulted. Dom and John

Honest communication and great negotiation.
I would absolutely recommend Catherine and her team for anyone considering selling their home. She was always available to discuss any issue regarding the sale and negotiation and her knowledge of the market was very beneficial when it came to the strategy of how and when (and for how much) to sell which resulted in a better-than-expected outcome. I will be working with Catherine and her fabulous team in the future.

How to purchase a home within 5 days....
...the right agent! There are a number of stakeholders involved in purchasing the 'right' property, where the skills and experience of a professional, dedicated and approachable agent is critical to bringing them all together. Both Catherine & Angie are exceptional in this regard! Hands down the best in her field.
We have bought and sold through Catherine Dixon 6 times now and the experience gets better every time. She's a great communicator and a killer negotiator but also a warm and likeable person. Excellent off-market result
