I first met Nick when I wanted to buy a property. I was impressed with the way he kept in contact with me through the process. I thought to myself that this is exactly what I would want of a real estate agent if I was selling my apartment. So many real estate agents are either oblivious to buyers or apply overly strong pressure. Nick struck the perfect balance. When it came time to sell my place, I decided to interview 5 real estate agents to get a sense of different styles and approaches. Even though it was a difficult choice, I went with Nick for a few reasons. Firstly, you could get a sense of how much he wanted to be your agent. Very prepared, very professional. Secondly, you could sense that he would keep communicating with you through the process. My instinct turned out to be a godsend. From the very start, Nick was very communicative. He had a very experienced and balanced sales team including another agent (Eliza McGrath). They worked as a team, and this gender balance provided a good atmosphere for the sale. The big surprise was how much an agency's philosophy can add value. Bresic are on the cutting edge of real estate. They foster great relationships with buyers and the agents work collaboratively, sharing commissions when they bring in buyers. Ultimately it is the buyer pool that secures the maximum price for the property. Nick and his fellow agents brought in so many buyers from all over the inner city. The regular open house was accompanied by daily private appointments. This strategy was highly successful. A number of buyers came through. Nick handled each buyer with respect, and this helped alot in keeping them interested in the property. When it came time to negotiating with the final interested buyers, Nick showed confidence and poise under pressure. At all times he communicated with me, expressed his view, but let me decide. I highly recommend Nick if you want a real estate agent if you want to maximise your sale value.
