Outstanding result - Thank You Nick!
Having worked in the real estate industry for just under 10 years and having been a real estate agent, my expectations of a fellow agent is incredibly high. Nick had assisted me in the buying and leasing of my portfolio for 4 years now, so when the time came to sell my apartment at Grandstand Parade in Zetland, the choice was obvious. He was my first choice and I didn't bother calling anyone else for a comparable. Incredibly professional, always prompt, superb communication, and an absolute gentleman who continually put my mind at ease for the whole duration of the sale. Nick's negotiation skills were the absolute asset and strength of the sale which ultimately brought in an offer well above the asking price and well above my expectations. I can't thank Nick enough for his efforts.

The Perfect Saleswoman!
Catherine made selling and buying a pleasure - she has the perfect approach to her job. She kept me in touch at all times with what was happening instead of having to contact her. I was fortunate in that she was introduced to me at the Bresicwhitney Office in Darlinghurst and we had a wonderful association throughout the time of selling my apt. Catherine also found me my new home which was just what I was looking for and this was "the icing on the cake". Thank you Catherine for all your hard work and positive attitude which I appreciated immensely.

Dealing with Catherine (and Will) made the entire process of selling our house very straight forward and ultimately rewarding. Catherine assisted with every aspect of this process and was available to discuss any concerns we had at any stage. She worked tirelessly both at open house inspections and ongoing private viewings to ensure we maximised the number of potential buyers introduced to our house. Exceeded our expectations.
Catherine is very professional in all her dealings. She is very accomodating, helpful and pleasant - all the qualities you would hope for in an agent, and more. Catherine and her assistant, Will, who echoes similar traits, make a great team. We are very happy with our purchase, and also in all our dealings with Catherine and Will. They are both very efficient and great communicators that delivered at the end of the day. If we are to do anything property-related within the area, we would love to deal with Catherine again.

Catherine was wonderful to deal with
Catherine and her team at Bresic Whitney were nothing but pleasurable and professional to deal with. Catherine herself was very transparent from the first inspection right through to signing the contracts - a real point of difference from other agents. Catherine was available via email or phone at any time of the day making the sale and negotiation phase very easy. She also went above and beyond in informing us about future renovations and introduced us to a local builder who showed us examples of his work. I have since recommended friends and family to both Catherine Dixon & Bresic Whitney following our experience dealing with them.

I was very impressed by Nick Gill and his sales skills
I engaged Nick to sell my property and was very impressed with how he conducted himself throughout the process. He is a genuine agent that actually has the clients interest at heart. He was very considerate of my families situation and at no time did he apply undue pressure pushing us in an uncomfortable direction. We were extremely happy with the sales result and I do truly believe that was it was Nick sales skills along with great marketing by BresicWhitney and property presentation that allowed us to achieve our dream result. Nick didn't drop the ball once and I'd hire Nick if you're selling property in the 2011 post code in Sydney.
