We initially chose a different agent and had a horrible experience with them. People were not spoken to with respect, educated about the property, many were not even followed up and we were spoken to poorly and there was no communication and if there was it was just negative. We dropped them as agents and engaged Allister and the complete opposite happened. People came through the property and were educated, treated really well, the property was styled differently based on their advice, the photos were amazing, the property board was put in a better position, they got us into the Domain magazine as a top house to see and people just loved the experience of coming through the house. The communication was transparent and enjoyable and the house sold in weeks due to the agents hard work and dedication and the experience has been easy and enjoyable. They went above and beyond helping out with the styling and taking people through outside open hours to ensure the property was being viewed and leads were being attended too swiftly. We are kicking ourselves that we didn't go with Allister from the beginning. 100% recommended.

Nicole is at the top of her game, having extensive local market knowledge and a great personality and honest. She is confident when it comes to negotiation and at the same time personable to her clients. She works diligently ( even after hours!) in assisting our sale. Although selling our family home was stressful and emotional Nicole made it very pleasant for us and after our four week campaign I missed receiving calls from her!
