Truth, professionalism, honesty and an immense knowledge of the local market got us the excellent results from our sale. The very happy/funny and sunny disposition was a great help in helping us thru this downsizing journey. Thank you Nicholas

Allister was amazing when it came to the sale of our family home of 50 years. Allister was very understanding of how hard it was for us to part with the property. He has amazing understanding of the local area and would keep us regularly updated. He also has a great eye for styling a property and guided us through every step of the sale. We are just so grateful to have had Allister as our agent.

Selling with Nicholas was a wonderful process, he's honest, upfront and nothing is too much trouble for him. Dealing with Nicholas was an absolute pleasure and made the arduous nature of selling a property a walk in the park. The best agent we've ever worked with.

Peter Grayson was referred to us by one of his previous clients. He came highly recommended and we weren’t disappointed. Peter went out of his way to meet with us at mutually convenient times. He kept us informed and constantly provided us with feedback. He guided us through the campaign and we felt totally at ease knowing we had him as our agent. He is honest and trustworthy and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

I can't speak highly enough about Nicholas and the way he handled the sale of our unit. We He kept us informed about every new development, big or small, and we really appreciated his level of experience, not just in sales generally, but also with his specialised knowledge of the local area and the movements in the market.

Nick was professional, honest and got us a good result in a cooler market. What shines through is his genuine, personable style and constant, open communication. We are still searching for the right place to buy and Nick remains in touch, always taking care to let us know when a property matching our needs is coming up. This is just one example of how he goes the extra mile. I’d recommend Nick to anyone wanting to sell their property.
