Nicholas has a unique ability to be of genuine help to both buyer and seller. He has deep knowledge of the market and gives realistic advice to both parties. This, together with his people insights, avoids protracted negotiations in our experience. Thankful for the excellent outcome he achieved in both our previous sales.

We bought our new house and sold our old house with Nicholas. He assisted, far beyond what most agents would have, with both the purchase and sale. After purchasing, there were many hurdles we had to go through with Solicitors and the vendors prior to settlement due to there being a dispute. Although he did not have to, Nicholas involved himself and ensured the settlement occurred with as little issues as possible. Our sale occurred late last year as the market considerably slowed down. Nicholas kept us well informed of the market activities and strategies around attracting buyers. Being active in the property market myself and having seen the considerable cool down in the market I was extremely impressed at their ability to attract buyers! Nicholas is certainly not your average agent that throw an online advertisement up and hopes for the best. I have worked with a range of agents on prior property sales and can say he far exceeded my expectations. Very glad I have found an agent I can rely on for future sales!!!

Thank you Allister for your guidance, market knowledge and kindness during the sale of my home. Prior to deciding on an agent to sell my home, I met with 5 other agents, but I chose Allister as he is genuine and honest and interested in getting to know about me and my home. He understands the emotional connection we have to our homes and is respectful by nature and in no way a 'pushy' agent, but someone who genuinely wants to work with you and for you. He didn't come across as an agent just trying to seal the deal and tell me what I wanted to hear. I would not hesitate to work with Allister or Bresic Whitney again. Nadine

Working with Nicholas when we decided to sell our house was a pleasure from the beginning. He handled each task with great professionalism. He was always very approachable and when he offered his expert advice was happy to take into consideration our wishes. In the end the results were very satisfying. I can happily recommend Nick to anyone wanting to sell their home.

From our very first meeting with Nicholas we knew he was the one who would get us the best result! It also became very apparent why he is the best in the Hunters Hill/Gladesville area. He knows his client base well, he knows the area exceptionally well and he certainly knows how to matchmake people to the type of house that they would like. He is very professional, friendly and certainly made selling our house a pleasure. We would happily have Nicholas sell another property for us.

Nicholas was easy and supportive to work with throughout. I found him honest and realistic in his appraisal as well as giving constructive feedback with sensitivity, in what can be a stressful experience at times. He always had a positive attitude as well as great suggestions and solutions in line with how a property should be presented for sale.

Peter Grayson from BresicWhitney (Hunters Hill) came highly recommend to us and we are so thankful. Peter’s wealth of knowledge for the area and sales drive is exceptional together with his very personable approach. His passion for real estate is evident and communication is outstanding, he worked tirelessly to get us a favourable outcome. In this challenging market Peter constantly found new strategies and had the marketing skills and data base to see us sell above our property above the price guide in a short period of time. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone thinking of selling. With Thanks, Rick & Caroline Slowgrove Gladesville October 2018

I would recommend Nicholas for the sale of your home and I would ask Nicholas to assist me again in the future should I be selling another property. Nicholas was informative through out the process and the lines of communication were always open and clear. Nicholas assisted me through out the process and never pushed or applied any pressure on me at any stage, and I enjoyed working with Nicholas through what can be a daunting process.

Nicholas is an extremely passionate professional with the rare quality of being very hands on, down to earth and is basically ready to help you do whatever it is to get the job done. He has become a good friend and helped advise me on buying my next property. He re-arranged our furniture while we were away and put his personal touch to everything which is what he is great at.. Nicholas makes you feel at ease, I would recommend him to any family, close friends or someone reading this review that loves Nicholas’ qualities that I’ve just touched on.. Considering the market we did reduce our price expectations but Nicholas did a great job and believe he did the best he could and I would not hesitate to use him again to buy or sell. Thanks Nicholas
