I’d never go to anyone else
Peter is the most human agent we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. We have now bought a couple of times from Peter and have now completed that circle having sold with him as well. Peter instills a sense of confidence and trust regardless of which side of the table he is on. He is pleasant to deal with, responsive, and understanding as well as incredibly knowledgeable of the market dynamics. He provides sound advice in an accessible manner. Professional and great communication
Selling a property can be a stressful process and it was important for me to select an agent that was going to be honest and communicated with me on a regular basis. Peter was approachable and professional from the start and I could not fault him on his communication. He kept me up to date on the process and after every inspection and open home. Peter showed the home outside his usual working hours and even over the Christmas period where most agents would have been closed. He has excellent market knowledge and is very passionate in delivering a great service and outcome for his clients. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter in selling your home.

An excellent agent and fantastic result!!!
It was 20 years ago, when we last sold our first property in Newtown and bought 1 Parry Street in Putney. I think the agent probably would have done a reasonable job, but I don't remember her name and whether or not her performance would have made much of a difference with the end result. Wind the clock forward to 2018 and 1 Parry Street has appreciated in value considerably and I was mindful of the sizeable commission an agent would take with the sale of the house. We have friends that once lived in Putney and successfully sold their own property and I was aware of Upside and Purple Bricks...perhaps we could sell the house ourselves or try an agent with a fixed fee and no commission? Enter Peter Grayson. He came highly recommended through a friend in Putney. My wife and I met Peter to discuss the selling strategies for our house over a coffee. My first impression was that he was very nice, certainly knew his stuff and seemed to have an excellent record of property sales along with glowing testimonials. But I was still thinking, will he make much of a difference...won't the house just sell itself in a buoyant sellers' market? Well, the market changed dramatically and unfortunately in just a few months, property values in the area dropped as much as 10% and the market had suddenly changed to favour buyers. After so much effort working on the house to get it ready for inspection...we became quite concerned when numbers, although strong to begin with...steadily decreased...buyers became aware they held the cards. There just wasn't a great deal of interest as we had hoped and some of the offers coming forward were ridiculous. But Peter was always there for us...ever positive and patient! He was able to sift through all the groups that passed through the house, find the prospective buyers he could work on and raise the offers that had come forward. Peter's excellent all-round skills achieved an excellent result in a difficult market! I highly recommend Peter Grayson!
