Having been in our current home for the last 19 years, selling our family residence seemed like such a daunting task. Having interviewed many real estate agents in the area we went with Nicholas McEvoy and Peter Grayson as they seemed to have an edge in terms of genuine care factor. From the time that we engaged Bresic Whitney everything was organized for us. We learned a lot during the campaign and always felt fully informed. All conversations were transparent and we trusted the expert advice we received along the way. Nicholas, Peter and the team at Bresic Whitney are a very professional team who operate with integrity. We would be more than happy to recommend Nicholas and Peter personally and the team at Bresic Whitney.

Allister is at the pinnacle of his industry. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Allister for the sale of multiple properties. Each time he demonstrates industry leading practices to achieve the best results for everyone involved in the sale process. A good measure of his success beyond the sale result is the amount of respect he has built throughout the realestate community in Gladesville/Ryde/Hunters Hill. From interested buyers, conveyencers, building inspectors, other agents, his immediate peers and of course his vendors, Allister is respected by all of them. On top of this he is a geniunely nice person. Keep up the fantastic work!!

We approached Peter Grayson on the basis of an extraordinary result in our local area. We then selected him from 4 interviewed agents because we were so comfortable with him straight away and he earnt our complete trust, that he would indeed work hard over and beyond what is required to achieve a great result for our home. At all points of the process Peter proved our trust was well placed. He was continually in contact with us almost daily to encourage and assure us in all our home preparations prior to listing, even coming when called to give advice on various matters. Peter then kept us updated with all details and contacts made with prospective buyers throughout the live campaign. Even though Peter had several listings in progress, he made us feel like we were the most important throughout the experience. We truly believe our excellent sale price was the direct result of Peter's hard work building relationships with the buyers, as well as the brilliant professionalism of Gavin Croft the Auctioneer. We were hugely impressed with Peter and would definitely engage him and Bresic Whitney again.

As prospective purchasers, Peter was fantastic through all facets of the campaign, keeping us in the loop on pre-auction offers and just generally being very transparent and genuine in his dealings with us. His market knowledge is exceptional as was his knowledge and understanding of the house we were interested in, answering all our questions and accommodating all our request before and during the auction. Besides his professionalism and expertise, Peter is super friendly and great to liaise with!
