Allister was the agent who sold us our new home. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the home, its construction and the suburb. There were a few times where it was Allister's proactivity that helped facilitate our decision to bid for the property. He was always very responsive to our needs, helpful and generous with his time, responding quickly when we needed information or guidance. He was straight-forward and open; professional and warm. An excellent agent!

I've just used Allister for the second time to sell my property. As well as being friendly and easy to chat to, he knows everything about every house sale in the area and is great at getting information out of buyers without them feeling pushed. While we would have liked to get a little more for our sale, we felt under the circumstances that this was more a reflection of the market than Allister and he did everything in his power to help us. Have already recommended him to friends and wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional team, service with a smile and a very professional marketing campaign. An ability to develop an excellent relationship with both the vendor and potential buyers and always very helpful and considerate to ensure the property was presented at it's best. No reservation at all in recommending them to others.

I would be the first to admit that I would have to be one of the hardest persons to have to do business with and in saying that, Peter Grayson and the team at BresicWhitney fulfilled all our expectations and more. When it came to selling our family home of 53 years it was difficult for our mum and dad to come to the realisation of moving on, but Peter took on board the sensitivity and nature of this situation and treated it with utmost respect and professionalism. Peter involved us with every aspect of the campaign were the degree of transparency was more than I expected, reporting to me on a bi-weekly basis consisting of a list of prospective buyers and their opinions, which in turn gave us a better understanding of the market and the confidence to go to auction. I respect and thoroughly recommend Peter.

Dealing with Allister and the team from BresicWhitney has been a great experience. Allister had nothing but time, patience, advice and support for my family and I during the sale of our townhouse. I felt confident that they had our best interests in mind. In short a very professional and approachable agent. I can highly recommend Allister Scott and would definitely use BresicWhitney again.

We have bought and sold many houses over the years and Allister is without a doubt the best agent we have ever used. In addition to achieving an absolutely outstanding result for us, we greatly appreciated his beautiful manner and down to earth personality which consistently made it a pleasure meeting with him. We feel that he worked beyond expectation to get the maximum price for our property whist showing upmost respect and consideration for our family and busy schedules. We highly recommend Allister as it was an absolute pleasure working with him.

We met Allister Scott and Kathleen Synnott when we first bought our house. As purchasers we found them open, fair and forthright and felt they were that way to both the vendor and to us as purchasers. In the intervening years we saw their heavy involvement in local community and school events. So when it came to selling we decided to go with them again. Allister managed the sale and we were extremely happy with his hard work, high work ethic, excellent communication and his genuine interest in our sale. All of this combined with his easygoing but very professional manner made working with him very easy and made the sale process as easy as it can be. As vendors we also found him to be forthright, honest and realistic with his views of our sale campaign. We sold recently at the auction and are very happy with the outcome. We certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending Allister and Kathleen at Bresic Whitney to act on behalf of anyone looking to sell.

Allister was one of our favourite real estate agents (From a buyers perspective). He was one of the few genuine agents. He was professional, respectful, knowledgable and accommodating, without being pushy.

This is the second house my family has purchased from Allister Scott in the last 12 months. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with - great communication, friendly, knowledgeable and makes buying a smooth process. Allister's listings will be the first place we look when buying any properties in the future. I can not recommend him strongly enough - an absolute professional of the highest calibre.

I fell in love with the unit and during the campaign they continued to contact me and keep me updated with details of the unit. They were particularly helpful during the auction.

Nicholas' exceptional personal & charming personality is contagious and his communication skills are synchronized to perfection. He is honest and trustworthy and guides you through steps with a solid knowledge of the area and an incredible amount of support throughout the campaign. Nicholas' Team is exceptional: careful, positive and an absolute pleasure to have around, with Nicholas attending every open home in person and bringing a ray of sunshine every-time. Our renovated home was waiting for someone to appreciate all its beauty and work we put into it. Nicholas was able to find the right buyer who loves every bit of the house and get the price we were after. With so many agents focusing on the end result, Nicholas and the Team are engaged at each step to make sure everyone is happy and receiving the support and information they need naturally leading to a positive result all round. Our experience was indeed positive. I highly recommend Nicholas and the Team!
