We chose Peter because he achieved a great sale in the area for a property similar to ours. We were really impressed with his enthusiasm for our property. We had crossed paths with Allister Scott a couple of times during our long house hunt this year and he and the Bresic Whitney team had always left a lasting positive impression. So actually in hindsight, it's no surprise that we ended up purchasing our first home through Allister. From our first inspection of this home, Allister had not only remembered us but was upfront and honest with his knowledge of the home, the sale of the house next door and the surrounding area. Ordinarily I'd feel quite nervous during a negotiation process, but Allister had us at ease, always keeping communication lines open and we never once felt we were given the run around like we had with other agents. Allister sacrificed his day-off to show us the home for a second time and was in constant contact whilst we were making our buying decision and away on holiday. By the time we landed in Sydney, our offer was accepted and contract signed the following day. I actually can't believe how seamless the purchase process ended up being. I was extremely satisfied with the results obtained by Peter Grayson at the auction of my property, the sale price far exceeded my expectations despite renovations and styling. Peter wisely suggested an earlier date for auction date after consideration of current market conditions. Pre- sale viewings were very well managed.
