So actually in hindsight, it's no surprise that we ended up purchasing our first home through Allister. From our first inspection of this home, Allister had not only remembered us but was upfront and honest with his knowledge of the home, the sale of the house next door and the surrounding area. Ordinarily I'd feel quite nervous during a negotiation process, but Allister had us at ease, always keeping communication lines open and we never once felt we were given the run around like we had with other agents. Allister sacrificed his day-off to show us the home for a second time and was in constant contact whilst we were making our buying decision and away on holiday. By the time we landed in Sydney, our offer was accepted and contract signed the following day. I actually can't believe how seamless the purchase process ended up being. We would wholeheartedly recommend Allister and will no doubt be working with him again sometime in the future.

I was extremely satisfied with the results obtained by Peter Grayson at the auction of my property, the sale price far exceeded my expectations despite renovations and styling. Peter wisely suggested an earlier date for auction date after consideration of current market conditions. Pre- sale viewings were very well managed. Allister mapped a clear plan of action. He advised me in detail on what to do, what not to do and what to expect. He introduced me to the painter contractor, the interior designer and co-ordinated all of them. The marketing was done professionally and efficiently. Most of this happened while I was on a 3 week cruise. On my return the property sold less than a week later. It sold above my reserve and market value. The coffee van with the friendly barista and the champagne for me and the new owner was a very nice touch. I can highly recommend Allister and his team. That is why I am working with him to search for my new home!

We have nothing but accolades for both Nicole and Nicolas. They were both warm and encouraging . We have moved house a lot but this was the best experience we have had. Nothing was too much trouble to assist us. We were introduced to a lot of their team all of who were lovely. The whole time we were sssisted with reference to trades people. Colour of paint we should use . Styling our home. Decluttering nothing was too much trouble. We both enjoyed all our interactions with Nicole and Nicolas. Quite a delight. It was a difficult process made so much easier by Nicole and Nicolas help On anything that came up. Special mention to Nicole who came to the restaurant we were at to sign the papers when we sold.
