Having worked in real estate for 4.5 yrs i was always going to have high expectations of who was going to sell my property and yet Allister still managed to exceed my expectations! After interviewing other local agents in the area, I actually chose Allister to sell my property bc from the initial meeting to appraise my home, explaining the selling process, the advice to use Auction (even though i was still unsure as our local area is traditionally For Sale) & superior marketing, we were blown away his knowledge, skill, integrity and professional approach. We felt comfortable immediately and knew that this was the agent for us to choose to sell our home. But even after we listed, he didn't stop there! He would be in constant communication with me via phone and email inc feedback after every inspection, worked with every buyer to keep them interested, helped me to set our reserve (& we smashed it!) & on Auction Day, we also had such good support by the Auctioneer too (who sure drove the buyers to bid!) That's the kind of recommendation I can go with and from my experience, I can use the same words. Looking after the purchasers, was a company effort. When either of my agents was not available, other experienced people were there to take up the duties. Coincidentally, one of these other agents sold ME the property twelve years ago. I went out and had coffee, fully confident that my beautiful home was in very good hands. When it came to negotiating, these people really earned their money. I first met Nicholas McEvoy when I purchased my apartment a little over a year ago.
