Nicholas has an amazing work ethic, in-depth market knowledge, and super attention to detail. With his high integrity, we felt he had our best interest at heart through the entire process of selling our home. Throughout our preparation for sale and marketing campaign, he left nothing to chance and no stone unturned which gave us complete confidence that we were giving it our absolute best shot possible. The results spoke for themselves, with long queues out the front door on open days and a solid number of qualified and motivated buyers on auction day, we were very pleased with the final result. I would highly, highly recommend Nicholas and his team as the go-to agents in the Ryde/Hunters Hill area, and already have. Thanks again Nicholas for your amazing effort, the work you put into our sale was nothing short of astounding.

I was first introduced to Nicholas over 18 months ago when I made an enquiry regarding a property he had for sale. That particular property was not for me but he kept in touch the months that followed regarding other properties. I had made touch with other Hunters Hill agents with my requirements but Nicholas was the only agent in that area that personally made touch and he was the only agent we thought of to sell our Drummoyne home. During the sale campaign he was always available for you made you feel like you were his only client no matter how busy he was. He gave us great advice on the styling of our property for sale which all lead to a result that exceeded our expectations. His professionalism and credibility as an agent would give me no hesitation referring him to family and friends and we now regard him as our agent. Thank you Nicholas you are 1 in a million.

I highly recommend Nicholas McEvoy and his team at BresicWhitney Hunters Hill. I have known Nicholas since he sold a property for us in Hunters Hill in 2010, well above what we expected. We have since bought and sold another property through Nicholas, and again Nicholas recently sold our last property in Hunters Hill well above what we hoped for. Nicholas is one of those rare breeds to Real Estate agents that goes above and beyond to make sure you get the results you want, the feedback you need along the way, all with a great personality, credibility and skills. I wouldn't consider using anyone else, and recommend Nicholas to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home in Hunters Hill.

We would not hesitate to recommend Nicholas McEvoy as a real estate agent. From our first meeting with him, Nicholas was warm, friendly, and professional. His advice and opinions were confident, and backed by his thorough knowledge of the local area, and more importantly, the market. It was evident that Nicholas was committed to the sale of our property in Huntleys Cove, and it was refreshing to come across someone who called us when he said he was going to, and followed up on every issue he said he would. He worked tirelessly throughout our campaign, and we were kept closely and clearly informed at all times. There is no doubt that his skill as an agent was an important factor in the successful sale of our property. We wish Nicholas continued success, and confidently recommend him to any prospective vendors.
