Expectations Exceeded!
Brad was referred to me by a mutual friend. From the get-go, Brad went above and beyond in every way possible from organising tradesmen and styling to general reassurance. He immediately made me feel at ease in our initial meeting with what was a difficult situation regarding the sale of the property. Brad’s communication, updates and advice were exceptional. His professionalism, integrity and efficiency is beyond reproach. Brad is unique and genuine, not only an agent, but as a person. He truly is one a million and has restored my faith in humanity. I cannot recommend Brad highly enough.

Successful Agent
Despite all the doom and gloom in the media about Sydney property sales, Renae was able to sell my property within two weeks of it's first open day. This is an excellent result. Renae communicates well and is on the same page as her customers. Prior to going to market I was undecided and held off. Renae persistently ensured I was aware of market conditions and checked my readiness to sell. She has been thorough and thoughtful in her approach over the extended time it took me to decided to sell.

I have found Renae Dickey to be an excellent real estate agent. Renae has been able to find that balance between providing information that has allowed me to adjust my expectations in a falling market, without being pushy. Essentially Renae has allowed me to find my path, with some steady guidance along the way. I do feel relieved that this decision is now behind me and I can re-set various aspects of my life. Chris Nunn is an Excellent Agent!
We were so impressed with Chris after buying our home from him in Alexandria, that we asked him to sell our property in Erskineville. We received end to end service from BresicWhitney. Chris arranged painting, re-carpeting, styling, photography and marketing of the property, which took a huge load of stress off us. We have worked with Chris as both buyer and vendor and he treats both parties with respect. Chris worked extra hard for us in a declining market and is an exceptional negotiator. Any agent can sell in a rising market, but Chris got us the result we wanted with a single bidder at auction following a 4 week campaign. He is simply excellent.

Fantastic Agent
We bought our new home from Chris and as a buyer, he was a pleasure to work with. Chris was very responsive to any questions we had and got back to us either immediately or on the same day. He does not use high pressure sales tactics and was honest, respectful and professional throughout the transaction. We had such a good experience, we asked Chris to sell our Apartment in Erskineville immediately after our Alexandria purchase. Highly recommend Chris.

Pleasure to deal with !!!
We knew we were selling at not the optimal time so we weren't expecting an amazing result, however with the help of Renae, Matt and Aaron we achieved what we thought was a reasonable result. Communication with us was excellent as we were informed at all times with relation to the whole selling process. I honestly believe Renae's negotiation got us closer to our desired selling price in the current tough selling market. Would gladly recommend Renae and the Bresic Whitney team to anyone searching for an agent.

Professional and nice to deal with
Brad is extremely professional, yet personal and easy to talk too. He works hard, is reasonable and calm. Brad was unbelievable patient with my slow decision making in purchasing a property through him. As buyer you don’t have a choice you just have to deal with the agent who lists the property that you want to purchase. However as a seller, tossing up which agent to go with; I would recommend Brad for all of the above, Brad made my purchase a pleasant experience.

None better
My wife and I recently embarked on a campaign to find a dream home for us to invest in so that we can downsize in due course. It was somewhat daunting as we had not been involved in real estate for years. Renae was a breath of fresh air. She helped us identify the factors that were really critical to us, located a number of great options and then smoothed the wrinkles of the process out for us. She was pragmatic without being overbearing and courteous without being clammy. We are well on the way to owning a beautiful property and this in no small measure can be attributed to her guidance and commitment. If I had expectations she surpassed them and I cannot recommend her too highly.
