We knew we were selling at not the optimal time so we weren't expecting an amazing result, however with the help of Renae, Matt and Aaron we achieved what we thought was a reasonable result. Communication with us was excellent as we were informed at all times with relation to the whole selling process. He had all the qualities we wanted but don't always find - tenacious, super hardworking (keep him away from coffee because he has energy to burn anyway), straight forward and no nonsense with either buyers or sellers.
