When we who are from Melbourne were wondering whom to give our property for sale in Sydney, the name that jumped out for us was Nick Playfair because we saw how dedicated he was when we wanted to buy a property in Sydney, going out of his way to open homeS for inspection when we could not make it for the scheduled inspection times. We were struck by his professionalism. And Nick was the perfect choice when we wanted to sell. He saw potential in the property. He took over completely and all we had to do was hand it over completely to him and rely on him. My husband and I would recommend Nick Playfair very highly, and you will not be disappointed .

Chris has a good knowledge of the Sydney property market and he’s an excellent strategist. Plus he has a terrific team backing him up who assisted us with getting the house ready for sale. His negotiating skills got us the price we wanted. It was great working with him and I’d recommend him to any friend selling a house.

Chris and his assistant Louise were a dynamic duo! Chris explained in detail his strategy for the sale and it went like clockwork. We have bought and sold 8 properties over our married life and this was by far the least stressful and best result! A delight to have as agents and we would recommend them to anybody. Thanks again you guys!

Chris has been amazing - he was super responsive right from the start, he hustles hard and was very easy to work with. My husband and I entrusted him with the task and were happy to be guided by his knowledge and suggestions. Ultimately we are happy with the final result.

Louise was upfront, reliable and honest as an agent. She was always available to answer our questions and alleviate any fears. She negotiated a strong price for based on her market knowledge. We were never over sold with the value of our property and it was a mutual conversation on where the market was and what we could expect. Louise was also fantastic to buy from. As a buyer she knew the needs of our growing family - she never pushed a property forward just to make a sale- if it did not fit our needs. We were patient and the right home came along that she was able to show us and ultimately we bought. For this we are very grateful. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the areas of her expertise.

As the old saying goes "Coffee is for closers only". (Alec Baldwin, Glengarry Glen Ross) You could give John the nickname 'Chubb' - because he closes. John has worked ahead of my expectation at every turn. Not only was he an excellent judge of how to sell our own house (I am not a typical seller, yet he handled me very well), but despite the fact that he had no properties of interest himself, he has been immensely helpful in supporting our purchase of a new place, from a different agency. His market knowledge, and ability to draw on his colleagues knowledge, has been extremely impressive and valuable. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I was fortunate to be introduced to Chris to sell my property. His knowledge of the local market impressed me and gave me confidence. The property was sold prior to the auction at a very good price. I am very grateful to Chris for making the process very smooth compared to my past experiences. I was informed regularly of the progress and Chris was always prepared to answer my calls. His manner was caring and thoughtful which made the process stress free.

Had a brilliant experience selling our much-loved family home with Chris. Great communication at every step of the journey and we couldn't have asked for a smoother process. Chris and the Bresic Whitney team are all very helpful and very much dialed-in to the inner-west property market.

Chris and team were outstanding in the sale of our property in Rozelle. He kept us constantly informed, was very hands on with any potential buyer and got us a great price pre-auction. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Chris and we would not hesitate in using him again in the future.

We feel very fortunate John Yannakis was our sales agent. Not only did he help us achieve a great sales price, he was also such a pleasure to deal. From organizing repairs to recommending the right team for styling and not to mention helping us find an amazing buyers agent for our next family home. Nothing was ever too much hassle for him. He was always approachable and whenever we needed assistance he was here to help. We would highly recommend him to anyone who’s looking to sell.
