Brad was recommended to me from a mutual friend. From the first communication with Brad I found him to be very personable but also very forthright in outlining how to market my property. Brad comes across as a genuine real estate agent and is not pushy or for want of a better word does not come across as a "Used Car Salesman" type of agent. I was always informed of how inspections went and what feedback was offered. During the campaign Brad advised how the selling strategy was going and also when to make changes. An offer was made prior to auction and after discussion with Brad I decided to accept. after the contracts were signed I was surprised and delighted to receive a bottle of champagne as congratulations on the sale. The whole experience was easy and a lot less stressful and has enabled me to now move on to purchasing a property in Daylesford Victoria.
