Renae was super helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. As a first home buyer she offered a lot of support and guidance which is much appreciated. Thank you for all your help and assistance overseeing the purchase of the property.

Brad is wonderfully professional yet personable. A great combination when purchasing, especially for the first time. He works efficiently and communicates well to ensure both purchaser and vendor are on the same page. Brad made me feel at ease and was happy to answer my many "rookie" questions. Top agent and a top guy.

Brad was a delight to work with from day one! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he went over and above in assisting us with all aspects of the preparation and styling of the property (we live interstate), marketing etc. Brad’s communication skills and constant updates were also acceptional and he was on call even when he was on holidays! We can only highly recommend him - you won’t find a better agent in Sydney.

I recently sold my property through Bresic Whitney. Thanks to a recommendation from a friend who introduced me Brad Papaellinas. Brad is great, he knows his market and he has a network of industry contacts that help pull it all together. He’s hardworking and I felt like part of a great team. He exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Brad I had a strong auction campaign that resulted in a sale prior to auction. I couldn’t be happier. He’s also been really helpful post sale making sure it’s all looked after. I couldn’t recommend Brad and Bresic Whitney any higher.

My family chose John to sell our property because we had seen him at work on several Glebe properties. He had all the qualities we wanted but don't always find - tenacious, super hardworking (keep him away from coffee because he has energy to burn anyway), straight forward and no nonsense with either buyers or sellers. To top it off he is a thoroughly nice guy - but knows the business end of a fair deal.

Over the last few months I have been dealing with many agents with varying degrees of service and communication and understanding about my needs. Brad delivered at a very high level on all of these measures. High on the scale was the transparency and understanding and most importantly assisting in every way he could to make the buying process as smooth as possible. To be perfectly frank he raised my opinion of real estate agents. I would highly recommend his services.

Ok well the beard isn't THAT good ... Have now used Brad for buying our original property, selling our other property and then selling this property! There is no one else my wife and I would ever use. He knows his stuff back to front, kept us updated and sincerely is interested in looking after people. He genuinely and sincerely enjoys what he does and goes the extra mile in everything he does. Trust me - contact Brad and get him involved in helping you with your property - you will not be disappointed. 10 stars out of 5.

John Yannakis is a first class agent who worked hard throughout the marketing campaign. He had a strong understanding of the local market and targeted buyers who were best suited for my property. His negotiation skills were excellent which resulted in a successful sale. I would highly recommend John.

Brad is an amazing agent! We have bought and sold a few properties and Brad is by far the most professional and committed agent we have used. He made us feel comfortable in what is becoming a very difficult market to sell in. And he achieved a great result for us! We will be recommending Brad to all our friends and family. Thanks Brad!
