An honest broker
Brad showed considerable conscientiousness in thinking about everyone involved in the transaction and was very pro-active, making it possible to move the transaction forward quickly, but at the pace we were comfortable with. I had a strong sense of his honesty and good will, this included thinking about the current tenants in the property we were purchasing as owner-occupiers. It was reassuring to have frequent updates and to be able to communicate with him freely about progress on the sale.

Our experience with Brad was outstanding. He is a very confident person, knows the Inner West market really well, he is very good at reading people and great at getting the extra information to separate the serious buyers from the time wasters. He worked really hard to get us the best possible result, and you can really tell he is very passionate about his work. He strategised our whole campaign, has an excellent team working with him and he got us an excellent result at Auction. I would absolutely recommend him. Lili

Very proficient
Brad was excellent at communicating, was sure to give us updates in a prompt manner. He was always on hand to assist us, explain things and provide advice as necessary. He was able to secure us an off-market sale which saved a lot of advertising. He had a good knowledge of the local area and was able to achieve the sale price we wanted. Would absolutely deal with again.
