I had been looking for for property for just under 12 months and had met countless agents - none of whom conducted themselves with the professionalism, good humour and patience that Brad showed me. I am sure he has heard them all before, but he answered them honestly without ever making me feel rushed. After the purchase Brad made himself available to explain every part of the process, and ensured I always understood what was going on. He is highly responsive and frequently followed up outside of business hours to make sure nothing was missed.
