I can't speak highly enough of Chris Nunn as my selling agent. From our first meeting, we were immediately impressed by Chris’ professionalism and confident in his ability to obtain a great sale result. At the first meeting, Chris took the time to comprehensively discuss alternative marketing strategies (including the pros and cons of each) and his previous experiences, which ultimately allowed us to make informed decisions that were critical to the sale of the property. The marketing campaign implemented by Chris and the BresicWhitney team was second to none – particularly the premium photographs and brochures. After years of looking to buy my first property and having dealt with countless agents, recognising qualities of a trustworthy agent becomes easier. On the busiest day of an open inspection I've ever witnessed, Brad spent time to speak with everyone, including my husband and I who were last to leave. During the week, Brad called and said he wanted to learn more about my needs [instead of pushing for the sale]. A profound experience indeed, but I had zero faith in agents at this stage. Throughout the whole process Brad was very professional, friendly and honest. In contrast to many other agents, Brad was open about the developments with the vendor and the other interested parties and we felt that the sale was conducted in a very transparent manner which you would think should be a given, but having dealt with many other real estate agents, is actually a rarity.
