Brad was recommended to us by our mortgage broker (another great person I'd recommend) and I'm so glad that I decided to go with him as my selling agent. From the start, he really made an effort to find out how to do the best by us and keep all parties happy through the process. He went above and beyond in all aspects of managing the sale of this property and helped diffuse and manage a few tricky situations that came about as a result of factors that were beyond our control. The process of selling through auction is one that requires the guidance of an agent who continually evaluates what is needed at each step of the campaign and responds accordingly in consultation with the vendor and putting forward their recommendations. Chris held a vigilant control of the whole campaign constantly evaluating every interested party in the property and giving well thought out advice for every situation. Chris has an excellent understanding of the Newtown market and surrounding suburbs and from the first meeting to the sale of our property communicated regularly with relevant information and advice. Chris has an outstanding understanding of how to work the interests of buyers throughout the campaign whilst working towards the best result for the vendor with honesty and transparency securing the registration of multiple buyers at the auction to create excellent competition for the day. The result was beyond our expectations with both buyer and vendor completely happy with the whole process. I would highly recommend Chris as an agent along with Nick Playfair who was an excellent "get the job done" person preparing the property for the market as part of the Bresic Whitney Team.
