As a buyer, the agent isn't really working for me, so I cannot comment on all aspects of Brad's performance. However, from a buyer's perspective Brad was courteous and clear in his communication and we were able to agree a sale in a relatively short period of time. From our first meeting, we were immediately impressed by Chris’ professionalism and confident in his ability to obtain a great sale result. At the first meeting, Chris took the time to comprehensively discuss alternative marketing strategies (including the pros and cons of each) and his previous experiences, which ultimately allowed us to make informed decisions that were critical to the sale of the property. The marketing campaign implemented by Chris and the BresicWhitney team was second to none – particularly the premium photographs and brochures. Throughout the campaign, Chris provided us with regular vendor reports and advice, which kept us up-to-date on buyer feedback/interest and the need for any necessary changes to the marketing strategy.
