Samantha Rowland and her team and our property manager Daniel Higgins are fantastic. We have had multiple properties managed by Stone and have nothing but praise. Daniel our property manager is professional, on point with managing tenant requests and ensures quotes and works are completed efficiently. All inspections pre, post and 12 weekly are professional, well documented, easy to read and very thorough. Excellent communication both verbal and written. Ensures each party is accountable and that all issues are resolved quickly. We have never had an issue Samantha or Daniel have not been able to rectify. They are 10 out of 10.

We’ve had a great experience with Samantha in re-advertising our rental. Great communication in the lead up to advertising and straight after showings, and prompt updates on tenant applications and discussions. Very professional, and we’re thrilled with the outcome. Given how busy we are, it’s an absolute breath of fresh air to not have to work to follow up on anything or to chase down someone else to do their job, which seems to be a value that’s really lacking in most businesses these days. I had a great experience with the team from Stone Real Estate Aspley. I live in another town and wasn't able to attend the house inspection in person. The team from Stone Real Estate promptly arranged an online virtual inspection and showed me the property thoroughly. After that, signing the lease contract was very straightforward and without problems.
