From the initial chat re expectation and current market conditions to the communication from his office and team along the way( sometimes after hours and on weekends) Each and every step was well delivered, communicated, smooth, professional and easy for our family. Side note-Tristan noticed i had a bundaberg rum collection on the bar and that i was missing the Darren Lockyer edition bottle.
