We bought an investment property (unit) near the Brisbane CBD over 7 years ago. For over 3 years, we’ve been trying to find a good price from agents in the area. Tristan and team came in, finding a buyer at almost 10% higher than any other agent suggested and better than any comparable unit has sold at for over 3 years. A similar unit was being sold in our exact same building, at the same time, and at $30k less, and they still couldn’t get a buyer - probably because they were using a different agent.
