We bought an investment property (unit) near the Brisbane CBD over 7 years ago. For over 3 years, we’ve been trying to find a good price from agents in the area. Tristan and team came in, finding a buyer at almost 10% higher than any other agent suggested and better than any comparable unit has sold at for over 3 years.
