I have sold two properties in Geebung through Tristan, and I would engage him again without hesitation. His knowledge of the local market is second to none, as is his knowledge of the buyers he has on his books. He knows how to market and present a property to maximise the selling potential, and nothing is too much trouble for him. He has trained up a brilliant team of young professionals to an extremely high standard, and has every reason to be very proud of them. In my experience he has gone above and beyond the expectations you would reasonably have of an agent, providing us with very helpful general advice, and even helping us with the purchase of our new property up the coast. His commitment to his sellers is highly commendable, and what we deserve to be honest when paying for a service. He is the Energiser Bunny on steroids... I'm not sure when he sleeps!! If you're happy with mediocre then don't go to Tristan.

Cannot recommend Tristan and his team at Stone Aspley high enough. And it's there is definitely no "I" in this team. Everyone has their part to play and they all excel at it. Tom is an absolute machine, going above and beyond (even after the sale is finalised). There isn't a task that is too great for Tom to handle, or too small for him to spend time on. Izzac's phone number is now implanted in my head. Passing messages back and forth between us and the buyers, you can tell he wants the best for both sides of the sale. Kayti is another critical person in Team Rowland. Rather than being chased for a payment, I was chased for not providing my bank details so she could give me money back. Cannot recommend the team high enough. Thank you to Tristan and the team for everything you have done (and are still doing.)

Tristan and his young team worked extremely hard to get an excellent result for the sale of my house. He is always available to answer any queries or concerns you might have and does his best to make the experience as easy as possible. He described to me how the market was headed due to interest rate rises and also other contributing factors that I had not contemplated and as it turned out he was 'spot on' with his knowledge and advice. His team was extremely helpful in guiding me through the day to day detail of selling a house (1st time seller). They were very patient and professional in helping me understand what had to be done next and if I required, were able to arrange trade quotes or recommendations. Selling with Stone Realestate was a pleasure. Tristan was always available no matter what time of the day or night. All of his team were helpful even assisting us get last minute trades to connect the fireplace. Once sold they didn't stop helping us, as we left town they offered and did take the bins out and also fixed up some external mishaps that occurred before settlement due to some wild weather. During wild weather, COVID isolations and changing market conditions, Tristan and the team went above and beyond to achieve a great result for our sale.
