This was a sale for a vacant block of land and Tristan had this sold for us well before the project was complete and titles issued. Selling price achieved was in line with our expectations and above list price. Tristan has a great network of potential buyers in this suburb and we had every bit of confidence he would deliver and he did. Tristan is an agent who tells you everything you want to know and he doesn't lie about it like many other sellers do. Tristan really knows the market and the way it moves. Tristan will always get back to you, update you on everything in detail and is just a genuinely nice person.
