Selling a property could easily become a failure if the sales agent doesn’t see all the details, opportunities and challenges. I engaged a couple of agents and Tristan was the only one who noticed some major issues in my property and come up with a plan. Tristan does what he says he will he knows his business I must admit I was dubious at first when he said he cares about his clients. Typical salesman I thought sure you care about your commission and I more or less told him so. He took all my scepticism with professionalism, knowledge and a great sense of humour. Tristan followed through with everything he said he would he got us a record price and I couldn’t be happier. He has since gone out of his way to help and advise me on my next endeavour with nothing to gain. In Tristan’s words he’s a “bloody legend” In mine Tristan is a good guy with knowledge and integrity couldn’t recommend him enough 10/10.
