Just recently we had the pleasure of working with John and his associate Matt in the sale of our home. From the first meeting we found John and Matt very knowledgeable about the real estate process and the sale of homes in our area. Throughout the sale process John maintained excellent communication with us by telephone and in person, was very client oriented , and made sure that we were always well informed about our situation. Whenever we needed to contact him he responded either immediately or returned our call as soon as possible. Tristan was recommended by a friend, and after meeting him to discuss our property it became apparent why. Tristan's local knowledge far exceeded any other agent we'd met to date, and nothing was too difficult. Even during the period where we were getting ready to sell, Tristan was sourcing potential buyers. There was no question that Tristan didn't have an informed and reasonable answer to. All our dealings with him were polite and friendly, and he was never too busy to return our calls. I would have no problems recommending Tristan, or selling another property through him.

He provided broad perspectives & insights with regard to buyers that both explained his marketing strategy which gave me reassurance that the right decisions were being made along the way. With the assistance of his team, communication was effective. I was confident that they were across the details & would be in contact if any action on my part was required. My property sold after the first Open for Inspection. The buyers had included a clause requiring Body Corporate approval for 2 dogs.
