We were coming to the end of a 3 month exclusive agreement with another agent and decided to interview John. From the first phone call, the listing presentation, signing of the exclusive agreement, listing our home, open houses and negotiations through to an unconditional contract on our home, there is not one negative comment we can make about John. Our home was difficult to sell due to it not having a swimming pool in an area that attracts families primarily wanting swimming pools.
