We had David sell our home for us and we found the estimate he gave us as to what our home was worth was very close to what we got. He informed us as to what we needed to do prior to sale and this helped us to achieve our goal. We were a little concerned about the not putting a price on our house eg. "Offers over" but we found that this method of selling allowed us to get our price.

It is our first time selling a property and like all first timers, we were nervous and unsure. We were glad to have chosen David and Craig who showed great enthusiasm in our dealing with them, helped us with hints to prepare for the sale, explained their chosen strategy and fallback plans and never gave up although our property took a little longer than we have expected to sell. It was great to know that David and Craig never once made us feel like we have to rush to sell our property but gave us the pros and cons in each situation. Whilst we did not achieve the price we originally wanted, given the market condition and type of property we are in, I believe we did alright - and again, David followed through all prospects and kept us up to date. From our first meeting, David's local knowledge, understanding of the market and realistic approach impressed us. Added to this, his presence in Ferny Grove has resulted in him having contacts with many people interested in both buying and selling in the area - the value of which should not be underestimated. We interviewed several agents and even considered the idea of going down the 'sale by owner' path but, on meeting David and Craig, we knew we had met the agents for us. Ultimately, the advice we received from them, the speed at which the property sold and our satisfaction with the price we received, all convince us that we made the right decision to go with Century 21. Additionally, there were NO up front costs for marketing (or anything else), a commission lower than other agents and good advice about issues we needed to address with the property - along with contacts with reasonably priced tradies to remedy these. While there were some minor communication issues, that might have been handled better, overall, our experience with Century 21, Ferny Grove was a really positive one. Most importantly, we were realistic about the value of our property and were ultimately very happy with what we received, while at the same time believing that the buyers also received a fair deal. We know David for a long time and he proved to be the best agent for the job. We decided to sell our house and go wrongly decided to go with another agent. 4 months later not even one offer. Then we ask David of Century21 to sell our house. Within one and half week we had a great offer and house was sold for great price! David’s knowledge and expertise speaks for itself. In addition he helped us with many ‘little’ things (too many to list). He know what his doing and he is local expert to provide advice like nobody else.
