As Sydney siders moving to queensland in 2012 - they were the only ones to call on a Saturday night and show us a house Sunday that we bought that day - 4 and a bit years later we have bought two house through them, sold one ( this one ) and they have managed three reentals for us - Century 21 at Ferny Grove had our home sold and settled while other agents were reducing the price of their homes to sell by thousands of dollars and still having open homes long after our home settled. After researching sold properties and the time they took to sell we noticed not all agents were the same, some agents had homes for sale that were on the market for a long time and had reduced the price by tens of thousands of dollars, we understand these sellers were given an inflated price to get the listing and then had wasted sellers money trying to achieve this inflated price. Our experience with Century 21 was easy, there was no pressure from the agent to reduce price, they were not charging tremendous amounts of money to market our property, the communication, the knowledge of the area and the way the agents worked together was so much more beneficial to us compare to a commission only sales agent looking for their next sale and commission, we really felt comfortable with the way we were being looked after, these agents are not just good at what they do they really are part of the community. If only sites like these were around years ago, people would see that not all agents are the same these guys are very good to deal with and very reputable, if you looking to trust someone with sale of your home then you shouldn’t least call Century 21 Online to see what they can do for you. David and Craig at Century 21 had a good idea of the market in Upper Kedron. Despite new developments in the area they kept pace with sales where other agents struggled to maintain this record without drastically decreasing their advertised price. The sale we achieved with Century 21 was adequate and remained steadfast throughout the marketing of the property. I only hope that the chance of winning the Sunshine Coast apartment comes off to put a cherry on the top of our tumultuous sale.

This house was the fifth we sold over the past twenty five years and the fastest sold (sold in three days). We chose David over four other local Agents. David had a quick look at our house and I was impressed with how much house detail he remembered and the type of buyers that would show interest. David and Craig made the sale of our property super easy with no stress from the very beginning of the process all the way through to settlement. I would recommend them for a number of reasons to anyone serious in getting good old fashioned service. First up the commission percentage and marketing costs were far better then any other offer. We had a number of other agents say that they "would match any other offer" and when we put Davids offer on the table they all backed off noting that they could not match it after all!! Secondly David and Craig noted they had sold similar houses in the area , one under 10 days and one in 14 days (I checked this out and its true) so ours should sell quickly, well they had a sale in 12 days! Thirdly they kept in touch during the whole process with customer written feedback from every open home, feedback about these open homes on the day and they kept us up to date without any prompting. Overall my best experience with a real estate yet.
