There was no unnecessary administrivia, they gauged the feel of the market expertly, as they would, being sited in the very middle of the Ferny Grove suburb. I moved out of Ferny Grove 4 years ago and placed my property under the property management care of both David Tyler and Craig Anderson. David and Craig provided us with an honest judgement of the properties valuation and they were extremely accurate with their predictions. During the open house, they distributed brochures on our property which had been taken by a professional photographer. They provided us with detailed feedback after the open house regarding all of the buyers opinions on our property and followed up all interested parties. We sold the property after the first open home and were happy with the result. Their fees are the MOST competitive on the market which meant more $$ in our pockets. My wife and I approached David and Craig to sell our property after speaking with and dealing with many of the other real estate agents in the Upper Kedron area. Being a local himself, David's knowledge of the area easily surpassed the other agents and at all times, we felt that he was working in our best interests rather than just "getting another sale". In our instance, he went over and above what was required to make it all happen and further to his credit, got a price that was above our expectations. From our previously rough/poor experiences with sales agents; David and Craig's no nonsense and genuine approach to selling our house was overwhelming refreshing. Rather than flood the market with scary price tags that attracted little-to-no buyers, David recommended the tact of allowing buyers to make offers at the inspections that we had. While were initially nervous on that, they had given us their thoughts on what the property was worth and we completely trusted them. I don’t normally write testimonials but we found David and Craig from Century 21 ferny Grove on this website and their service warranted it, so here it is. We wanted ethical, non “salesy” agents who actually cared more about the commission. We found them as the top rated agents in Ferny Grove so hired them. We initially had some hesitation with the Express Sale price model but I have to say, it worked really well. Firstly, it allowed us to see what price ranges potential buyers thought our property was worth, we then were able to make informed decisions on which buyers were thinking close to our target sale price. We were also conscious of not having the home sitting on the market too long.
