I have been a long time renter and I would have to say “Barton” realestate would have to be one of the best I have felt with. There communication is great the time in wich the property manager got back to was fantastic. In the first time ever I felt like a client and not just some second rate customer. Once again thank you. I would highly recommend. Buxton Realestate to anyone.

We know a few staff from Buxton and we can confirm they go above and beyond! Super helpful, super knowledgeable and very accommodating to our needs and timeline. We will be highly recommending this agency!

Julie did a great job of organising the repairs and finding a new tenant

First off Buxton was amazing! Super helpful, and willing to go above and beyond. Once we moved into the property (the property manager said everything was fine in the house and I didn’t need to come and inspect again.) we've had a number of ‘issues’ with the house ex: how clean the house was or keys not working. Anyway, since moving in it’s basically impossible to get a hold on the property manager. If it wasn’t for a 12 month lease, we would have moved as in our opinion it’s wrong when they go above and beyond before you sign, and as soon as you do you get shoved to the side. On a positive note, office ladies are extremely kind :)

I have a rental property that is managed by Buxton Ballarat and when my tenant moved out, Buxton's were so helpful coordinating the process of putting a new tenant into the property. Appreciated.

As an owner i find Buxton Ballarat to be very professional and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with the way they have managed my investment property. Jonty Kloppers has exceeded my expectation in all areas. He has shown proactive attitude, timely communication and eye to detail while managing the property. I highly recommend both the Agency and property manager for any potential owner in the market. Thank you

The communication was great when I was looking as a prospective renter, however now that I've signed the lease it's difficult to get a hold of my agent for repairs to essential equipment in the property. It seems like their priorities are obtaining new renters and existing renters are an afterthought.

I found Jonty very efficient and thorough with constant communication.
