Ben Murphy has been our main contact thus far at Buxton, and he has been wonderful. He was very welcoming when we inspected the property we were looking to rent, and made a genuine effort to get to know us and make conversation, which you don't always get during inspections. It felt very personalised and friendly. Every other interaction with Ben via phone call or email has been lovely, too. Many thanks to him for his kindness and professionalism. The process of applying for the property and setting up the rental agreement was also very smooth and supportive, for which I am also grateful.
