The communication was great when I was looking as a prospective renter, however now that I've signed the lease it's difficult to get a hold of my agent for repairs to essential equipment in the property. It seems like their priorities are obtaining new renters and existing renters are an afterthought.

Thank you to our property manager Sarah-Jane for managing 2 propertys in Ballarat. She gets back to us promptly weither it be by phone or email and more importantly sorts any issues out with minimal fuss. Being interstate landlords it is nice to be able to deal with someone on the other end of a phone who has a pleasant manner and understands the fustration of not being around the corner to be able to deal with any problem that may occur. Most importantly the rent goes in the bank when it should.

I had Shea as a property manager, she was great initially after our first contact she got done what i requested but then didn't follow up once i moved in, she said to put in a complaint on the garden so she can have it seen to but then once i put in a complaint i didnt hear from her for over 2 weeks infact i never have again, i called left voicemails and emails. Would have been nice to even get a automated response that she was on leave if thats what happened. Anyway Courtney followed up for her weeks later and now i am dealing with her so far she seems reliable.
