After having an awful experience with Biggin and Scott Ballarat, I was at a loss as to who to trust my investment property with being in Melbourne and having had my place previously trashed by tenants and left in arrears with no communication from my managing agent Sandy. I rang BPG after reading some reviews and the moment I spoke to them my mind was put at ease. Ruth has gone above and beyond to communicate with me and follow up property matters on my behalf. She has been dedicated in ensuring I don’t repeat the same bad experience and had been honest and committed to making sure I have the right tenants this time around. It may have taken more time, but with the communication and transparency that Ruth exhibits when managing my property I have absolute faith it’s in good hands. Ruth really does her absolute best to maintain a good relationship with both tenants and landlords, and works with you to manage expenses and costs when they come up, which is exactly what you want in someone looking after your investment! Highly recommend!

absolutely disgusted at our treatment from BPG. We have been landlords for many years with them. 2 properties/ to receive a letter stating that they are now giving our rentals to another company is outrageous. We had problems with them re an ongoing payment for a neighbours fence that just kept being taken out of our rental payment.the previous Rental manager ( Caitlin) we had was great- she has now moved to Barry Plant and we have followed- cant emphasise enough the importance of good communication with your landlords
