My property manager was the most rude person I ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. For a paid service, I expected better and not to be hang up on. I then spoke to the Director about this and the only action I got was to suggest he give me another manager. That was a no-brainer. To this date I'm yet to get an apology. I'll show more courtesy and respect by not naming names here. It's a shame as the rest of the staff seem quite professional.

We were having a little bit of difficulty renting out our investment property. I contacted Trudi who offered a competitive agent rate and was super efficient in getting the ball rolling. Trudi has been excellent with her open communication, advertising, following up on applications and we secured a tenant within a couple of weeks.
