We have used BPG for about 12 years with our 3 bedroom rental and always been happy with the service Our only problem is that long term tenants are hard to keep and so there is a cost to getting new tenants, but we have always achieved that with BPG help, and very quickly. I don't think better selection would make much difference - mos of our tenants have left after 1-2 years to buy their own property!
