Jorja has always followed up when we have questions and provides an understanding of what is expected from a landlord. All invoices are loaded into PropertyMe which allows us to understand expenses and where our money is going. We are first time investors and the letting process was easy and we had great communication. I have had a long experience with Buxton Ballarat. Firstly sale of the family home followed the purchase of a unit and subsequent sale of unit. With very good results on both of them. The Leasing department sequently found me a home which was to be sold and found me another home close by in a good area of Ballarat. Wonderful results.

Fhil went above and beyond to help myself and my housemate find a property to live in. He personally called me and asked what we wanted in a house and specifically found one that met our needs, even after I told him we had found somewhere to live which unfortunately fell through he was flexible and continued to help us find exactly what we wanted. 5 stars. He is very accessible and is good at keeping communication open regarding works on the property and any issues we have had thus far.
