I have had one of the best experiences so far dealing with the team at Buxton Ballarat. Josh and Nicole are extremely professional, responsive and always two steps ahead. We recently appointed them as our property managers for an investment property. I have been very happy with their service so far and highly recommend them for all your property needs. We were dealing with another agent previously and the experience was very poor. Moving to Buxton has been one of the best decisions !

The Buxton team were absolutely great in assisting me with securing a rental property in Ballarat. They responded quickly to any queries I had and organised the property viewing at such short notice. Thank you to Nicole Butler for making this whole process less stressful and a lot easier, than I thought it was going to be.

I would say it was decent, I found a found that was a decent fit for me, I have not yet moved in as I have a few things to sort out first but I do appreciate buxtons involvement. However, as this is the first time I am leasing a place, it's hard to cross reference whether this was a good experience compared ot others, an okay experience compared to others or a bad experience compared to others. Decided to give the review since it was requested but I don't think my review right now would be all that valuable.

I had the pleasure of working with the property management team at Buxton Ballarat for my property at 1/221 Ripon Street South, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. They were always prompt in responding to any queries and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. Their proactive approach and friendly attitude made me feel confident that my property was in good hands. I highly recommend Buxton Ballarat's property management team to anyone looking for reliable and efficient service. Thank you once again for your support and dedication! Best regards, Ishan Randika
