Jasmine has been my property manager for a few years now, she has always been professional in her interactions with me. Recently I had a tenant leave and Jasmine's approach to getting another suitable tenant in was exceptional. I put my trust in her to not only select the correct tenant but also arrange any carry out minor repairs needed before the new tenant moves in. My Rental Property Manager Katelyn has been nothing short of amazing. She is professional, organised and efficient. All information shared between tenant and landlord is passed on promptly. When facing the changeover of tenants, she found an excellent new tenant in a matter of days, limiting advertising fees and time without rental income. Jorja has always followed up when we have questions and provides an understanding of what is expected from a landlord. All invoices are loaded into PropertyMe which allows us to understand expenses and where our money is going. We are first time investors and the letting process was easy and we had great communication. We appreciated the messages to advise how many people were attending, who was applying, and then an understanding of the tenants applications.
